Shipping methods & transit times
- We offer standard and expedited shipping options where available. Exact carriers and services (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) depend on destination and package size.
- Estimated transit times (after processing):

Shipping costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight/dimensions, destination, and chosen service.
- Free shipping promotions may apply under specified conditions and may exclude expedited services or certain products.

Tracking
- A tracking number will be provided by email once your order ships. Use it to monitor delivery status directly with the carrier.
- If tracking is unavailable for a particular service, we will provide estimated delivery timing and support.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

- Report damaged items within 7 days of delivery. Keep packaging and photos of damage for claims.
- For confirmed carrier loss or damage, we will assist in filing a claim and will replace or refund the item according to availability and our policies.

Address changes & delivery issues
- Please verify your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change the address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible; we cannot guarantee changes once an order has shipped.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Cancellations & refunds
- Orders can be canceled prior to shipment for a full refund. Once shipped, standard return procedures and policies apply.
- Shipping fees are refundable only when the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), unless otherwise stated.
